Flexible Packaging

 

 

With changes in the market place with flexible packaging displacing labels in the last few years we have invested several thousand dollars in two new servo presses.  Flexible packaging has grown from food and beverage, to pharmaceutical, nutritional, health and beauty and other household products.  With no actual label required, the information can be directly printed on the package.  This not only allows your package high-end graphics, but it also protects it’s contents with an air-tight seal.  Flex pack materials make up a number of layers consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene, foil and polyester.  This allows for it’s superior barrier protection properties.

 

The market for single serving sizes is on the rise.  These single serving sizes reduce the impact on our environment while keeping your per item costs down.
